Returned merchandise must arrive back at Birds of North America no more than 30 days after the initial order date. All returns must be in 100% new condition, unworn, with all original tags in place. Please ensure the clothing is packaged safely (in its original packaging, whenever possible), as we cannot accept damaged returns. The form included with your order will allow you to indicate whether you would prefer an exchange, store credit or refund for the value of your returned item. Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees.
