Placing an Order:
Shopping at ShopBirdsofNorthAmerica.com is safe and easy. Select the colour and size of the item you would like to order then add it to your cart. When you are ready to check-out, click 'view cart'. Review to make sure the contents of your cart are correct. If there is a mistake, you can remove the item and re-add it to your cart. Once you have reviewed your order, follow the instructions to complete the check-out process.
Confirmation:
Once you enter in your PayPal or credit card information and press 'submit' a confirmation receipt will be emailed to you. The email contains your order number, your order details and your shipping address. Please print and save it for your records. If there are any mistakes on your receipt, please email us right away.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal payments.
Taxes:
If you are order is being sent to Quebec, you will be charged GST & PST. If your order is being sent to New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia or Ontario you will be charged HST. If your order is being sent to any other Canadian province, you will be charged GST only. No sales tax will be added to American and International Orders. American and International customers are responsible for any customs / duties / taxes at delivery of the package.

Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart do not include shipping or taxes. When you check-out select the shipping option that best suits you.
